Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, refunds and exchanges are prohibited and all sales are final. Customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled provided that they have not yet been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us via email at kerabellefit@yahoo.com. Please do this as soon as possible in order to ensure your cancellation is successful.
Shipping Policy
International shipping available. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and will be shipped within 5-7 business days after confirmed purchase.
